HISTORY
Dajcom Ltd. was established in 2002, in Nigeria, as an importer of air
conditioners for the domestic market. Since then, we have grown from being
a small importer in Nigeria to becoming one of the largest manufacturers
across the larger group of 14 countries that form the Economic Community of
West African States (ECOWAS).
TIMELINE
This exponential growth - in a period of less than a decade - has been marked
by similar success in operational achievements.
2002 : Established as importer of ACs for Nigeria
2003 : Added electronic goods to portfolio
2005 : Partnered with Chigo, China, to market electronic and electrical goods in Nigeria
2006 : Established manufacturing unit for ACs
2008 : Increased production lines to Include white goods
2010 : Partnered with Samsung, Korea, to manufacture and distribute home
entertainment and electronic goods in ECOWAS region
2010 : Became first factory to start production of flat panel TVs in West Africa
